Colorful checkerboard block.

This board is made of "end grain" Oak and Ash, with Walnut strips.
The ideal reversible board for all your cuts. One side for vegetables and raw meats easy to clean and scrape off.
Thanks to its side with a juice channel, you can collect the juice from your cooked meats and keep your work surface clean.

Maintaining your log

Designed for everyday use, our logs gain in beauty and durability over time with proper maintenance.

Using your log for the first time :

Oil all surfaces with 1 to 2 spoonfuls of oil to preserve their quality.

After each use :

Scrape off excess moisture with a knife and oil monthly to prolong their life. Never clean your log with water. All Chabret butt-wood logs are guaranteed for 6 months against all manufacturing defects, provided that all the conditions listed above have been met. Only a manufacturing defect will be taken into account.
