"Oblong" steak board ideal for your meat cuts. This board fits perfectly on any kitchen furniture. Lightweight and versatile, you can place it next to your barbecue or hot plate to have your best pieces of meat ready for cooking nearby.
Its groove around the edge of the board allows meat juices to be collected, helping keep your work surface clean and making preparation easier.
This wooden board is resistant to all the blows of the blades when cutting meat or vegetables.

Maintaining your block
Designed for everyday use, our blocks gain in beauty and durability over time with proper maintenance.
Using your log for the first time :
Oil all surfaces with 1 to 2 spoonfuls of oil to preserve their quality.
After each use :
Scrape off excess moisture with a knife and oil monthly to prolong their life. Never clean your log with water. All Chabret butt-wood logs are guaranteed for 6 months against all manufacturing defects, provided that all the conditions listed above have been met. Only a manufacturing defect will be taken into account.
