Reversible butcher's block for kitchens, restaurants and butcher's shops, suitable for all types of cuts (meat, charcuterie, fruit, vegetables, etc.).

Butchers' block made of 100% French hornbeam butt wood, very resistant for cutting.

The underside of the log is made of local wood (certified bois de France) and the top is made of end grain wood, heat waxed for longer life.

Two 28mm-thick beech belts glued together for greater strength.

Stainless steel or brass brackets on request

Possible width of the log: from 400mm to 1000 mm

100% French hornbeam on about 70% of the log thickness.
