Reversible butcher's block for kitchens, restaurants and butcher's shops that can be used for all cuts (meats, delicatessen, fruit, vegetables...).

This reversible model allows a better stability of the butt wood. When one side is too hollow you can turn your log over to get a new flat side and double its longevity.

Butchers' block made of 100% French hornbeam butt wood, very resistant for cutting.

Two 28mm thick beech belts assembled by gluing for a better solidity of your log and to avoid splinters.

Reinforcements with Ø10mm threaded rods at both ends for logs over 1000mm long and 150mm thick

Stainless steel or brass brackets on request

Possible length of the log: from 400 mm to 2500 mm

Possible width of the log: from 400mm to 1000 mm
