BILLOT REVERSIBLE SANS CEINTURE SUR PIED
Billot réversible sur pied pour les cuisines, les restaurants et les boucheries pouvant être utilisé pour toutes découpes (viandes, charcuterie, fruits, légumes…).
This reversible model allows a better stability of end grain wood. When one side is too hollow you can turn your block over to get a new flat side and double its longevity.
Billot en bois de bout de charme 100% français très résistant pour la découpe. (Certification PECF de notre fournisseur sur demande)

Billot particulièrement adapté aux lieux avec de forts écarts d’hygrométrie mais nécessitant
un bon entretien : Afin de garantir une bonne longévité, un billot doit être gratté et graissé
quotidiennement.

Maintaining your block
Designed for everyday use, our blocks gain in beauty and durability over time with proper maintenance.
Using your log for the first time :
Oil all surfaces with 1 to 2 spoonfuls of oil to preserve their quality.
After each use :
Scrape off excess moisture with a knife and oil monthly to prolong their life. Never clean your log with water. All Chabret butt-wood logs are guaranteed for 6 months against all manufacturing defects, provided that all the conditions listed above have been met. Only a manufacturing defect will be taken into account.
