With the help of our know-how and the "end wood" construction, you can slightly penetrate the blade of your knife into the wood to make clean cuts. Your cutting board remains very sturdy and the blade of your knives is preserved when cutting.

By placing a plate under the board, and using its juice channel, you can collect the juice from your cooked meats or fruits and add it to your dishes.
