Not-reversible butcher's block on foot for kitchens, restaurants and butcher's shops that can be used for all cuts (meat, delicatessen, fruit, vegetables...).

Butchers' block made of 100% French end grain hornbeam, very resistant for cutting.

The underside of the block is made of local wood and the top end wood is hot waxed for better longevity.

Four 28mm thick beech belts glued together on the straight shaft for a better solidity of your block.

The legs are made of solid beech wood with a natural varnish for a good protection in time. For dimensions greater than 150 cm, the base includes six feet

Options: aleze knife holder, backsplash and drawers

Maintaining your block

Designed for everyday use, our blocks gain in beauty and durability over time with proper maintenance.

Using your log for the first time :

Oil all surfaces with 1 to 2 spoonfuls of oil to preserve their quality.

After each use :

Scrape off excess moisture with a knife and oil monthly to prolong their life. Never clean your log with water. All Chabret butt-wood logs are guaranteed for 6 months against all manufacturing defects, provided that all the conditions listed above have been met. Only a manufacturing defect will be taken into account.
