Ideal for kitchens, restaurants and butcher's shops, this stainless steel butcher's block, made from 100% French end grain hornbeam, offers an ultra-resistant cutting surface for meats, charcuterie, fruit and vegetables.

Made from local wood and heat-waxed for extra durability, it is reinforced with four 28 mm beech belts for optimum strength. Its 8x8 cm stainless steel base guarantees stability and durability.

Maintaining your block

Designed for everyday use, our blocks gain in beauty and durability over time with proper maintenance.

Using your log for the first time :

Oil all surfaces with 1 to 2 spoonfuls of oil to preserve their quality.

After each use :

Scrape off excess moisture with a knife and oil monthly to prolong their life. Never clean your log with water. All Chabret butt-wood logs are guaranteed for 6 months against all manufacturing defects, provided that all the conditions listed above have been met. Only a manufacturing defect will be taken into account.
