Reversible butcher's block on legs for kitchens, restaurants and butcher's shops, which can be used for all types of cuts (meat, cold cuts, fruit, vegetables, etc.).

Butchers' block made of 100% French hornbeam butt wood, very resistant for cutting.

The underside of the log is made of local wood and the top end wood is hot waxed for better longevity.

Four 28mm thick beech belts glued together on the straight shaft for a better solidity of your log.

The legs are made of solid beech wood with a natural varnish for a good protection in time. For sizes over 150 cm, the base includes six legs

Options: knife holder, backsplash and drawers

Stainless steel or brass brackets on request

Possible length of the log: from 400 mm to 2500 mm

Possible width of the log: from 400mm to 1000 mm

100% French hornbeam on about 70% of the log thickness.

Professional product that can be put at the service of the private individual. Be careful to specify the place of use to determine the hygrometry of the wood to be used (Laboratory, butcher's shop, butcher's shop, kitchen)

Maintaining your log

Designed for everyday use, our logs gain in beauty and durability over time with proper maintenance.

Using your log for the first time :

Oil all surfaces with 1 to 2 spoonfuls of oil to preserve their quality.

After each use :

Scrape off excess moisture with a knife and oil monthly to prolong their life. Never clean your log with water. All Chabret butt-wood logs are guaranteed for 6 months against all manufacturing defects, provided that all the conditions listed above have been met. Only a manufacturing defect will be taken into account.
