Founded by the 3rd generation of a family of Artisans-Bouchers since 1933, the restaurants Brut Butcher are meat fast-food restaurants like no other! Their passion for meat allows them to offer authentic-tasting dishes using French meats (Charolais beef, chicken, duck), local ingredients and Angus beef.
Brut Butcher and Billots Chabret project
As part of their repositioning, Brut Butcher decided to offer quality, local products to their customers. As part of this process, they decided to to manufacture their presentation tray in the Loire, at Billots Chabret.
