Frédéric Le Guen Geoffroy asked us to make a billot presentation board, the size of his pâté en croûte, for his entry in the world pâté en croûte championship.
"I was looking for a board to showcase my pâté en croûte cutting, for the world pâté en croûte championship. When you have a knife that's sharp and you cut on end grain wood, you don't damage the blade. It's really an extraordinary sensation."
