For his entry in the World "Pâté en Croûte Championship", Frédéric Le Guen Geoffroy requested a custom presentation butcher block, made to the exact dimensions of his "pâté en croûte".

"I was looking for a board to showcase my "pâté en croûte" cutting, for the world "pâté en croûte" championship. When you have a sharped knife and you cut on end grain wood, you don't damage the blade. It's really an extraordinary feeling."
