Chabret supplies all of the wooden serving boards used by Brut Butcher.
Founded by the third generation of a family of artisan butchers dating back to 1933, Brut Butcher restaurants are unlike any other meat-focused fast food concept. Their passion for meat allows them to offer dishes with an authentic taste, using French meats (Charolais beef, chicken, duck), ingredients from their local regions, as well as Angus beef.
As part of their brand repositioning, Brut Butcher chose to offer their customers high‑quality, locally sourced products. In line with this approach, they decided to have their presentation boards made in the Loire, at Billots Chabret.
