Non-reversible butcher’s block on base for kitchens and restaurants, suitable for all types of cutting (meat, charcuterie, fruit, vegetables, etc.).
Made from 100% French end-grain hornbeam, this block offers excellent resistance for intensive cutting.
The underside is made from locally sourced wood, while the end-grain top is hot-paraffined for greater durability.

Reinforced with four 28 mm-thick beechwood bands, straight-jointed and glued for maximum solidity.
The base is crafted from solid natural-varnished beechwood for long-lasting protection; for lengths over 150 cm, the base includes six legs.

Options include knife-holder strip, backsplash, and drawers, with brackets available in stainless steel or brass on request.
Possible length: from 400 mm to 800 mm.
Possible width: from 400 mm to 800 mm.
The block is made from approximately 70% French hornbeam over its thickness, ensuring professional-grade robustness.

A professional-quality product that is also suitable for home use.
Please specify the intended location (butcher’s lab, butcher’s shop, or kitchen) so the appropriate wood humidity level can be selected.
To ensure a long lifespan, the block must be scraped and regularly greased with food-grade fat or oil.
