It is reinforced with four 28 mm-thick beechwood bands, straight-jointed and glued for maximum strength.
The base is crafted from solid natural-varnished beechwood, ensuring lasting protection.
For blocks over 150 cm in length, the base comes with six legs for added stability.
Optional features: knife holder board, backsplash, and drawers.
Brackets available in stainless steel or brass upon request.
Available dimensions:
Length: from 400 mm to 2500 mm
Width: from 400 mm to 1000 mm
The block is composed of approximately 70% French hornbeam, offering remarkable hardness and resilience.
Designed for professional use, yet also suitable for private kitchens. Please specify the intended environment (butcher’s lab, shop, or kitchen) to ensure the correct wood moisture level is selected.
