Butcher block in end‑grain hornbeam with integrated drawer.
The barbecue butcher block is the ideal tool on a worktop, keeping your finest knives close at hand and safely stored in a drawer built into the cutting board, with an easy push‑to‑open sliding system.

Finish: oiled.

Inside drawer dimensions: 3.2 cm deep, length = board length minus 14 cm, width = board width minus 16 cm (e.g. 36 x 24 cm for a 50 x 40 cm block; 41 x 29 cm for 55 x 45 cm; 31 x 19 cm for 45 x 35 cm).

Maintain your block

Designed for daily use, our blocks gain in beauty and durability over time with good maintenance.

First use of your block:

Oil all surfaces with 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil to preserve their quality.

After each use:

Scrape off excess moisture with a knife and oil monthly to prolong their longevity. Never clean your log with water. All Chabret wooden end blocks are guaranteed for 6 months against any manufacturing defects, provided that all the conditions listed above have been met. Only, a possible manufacturing defect will be taken into account.
