Ideal for kitchens, restaurants and butcher shops, this butcher block combines stainless steel and 100% French end-grain hornbeam, offering an ultra‑resistant cutting surface for meat, charcuterie, fruit and vegetables.
Made from local wood and hot‑paraffined for increased longevity, it is reinforced with four 28 mm beech bands for optimal strength, while its 8 x 8 cm stainless steel legs ensure excellent stability and durability.

Entretenir votre billot
Conçus pour un usage quotidien, nos billots gagnent en beauté et durabilité avec le temps avec un bon entretien.
Première utilisation de votre billot :
Huilez toutes les surfaces avec 1 à 2 cuillères d’huile pour préserver leur qualité.
Après chaque usage :
Raclez l’excès d’humidité avec un couteau et huilez mensuellement pour prolonger leur longévité. Ne nettoyez jamais votre billot à l’eau. Tous les billots Chabret en bois de bout sont garantis 6 mois contre tous vices de fabrication, dans la mesure où toutes les conditions énumérées ci-dessus ont été respectées. Seul, un éventuel défaut de fabrication sera pris en compte.
