The console butcher block
A compact butcher block that can be placed in any kitchen.
Very practical with its removable end-grain hornbeam cutting board, featuring a groove and a deep well to collect juices.
If your butcher block is in the kitchen, you can easily carry your chopped food to the dining table using the two large handles carved into the end-grain wood.
Feel free to add the optional bottle rack for extra space-saving in your kitchen, keeping a few bottles, olive oil, etc. within easy reach.

Entretenir votre billot
Conçus pour un usage quotidien, nos billots gagnent en beauté et durabilité avec le temps avec un bon entretien.
Première utilisation de votre billot :
Huilez toutes les surfaces avec 1 à 2 cuillères d’huile pour préserver leur qualité.
Après chaque usage :
Raclez l’excès d’humidité avec un couteau et huilez mensuellement pour prolonger leur longévité. Ne nettoyez jamais votre billot à l’eau. Tous les billots Chabret en bois de bout sont garantis 6 mois contre tous vices de fabrication, dans la mesure où toutes les conditions énumérées ci-dessus ont été respectées. Seul, un éventuel défaut de fabrication sera pris en compte.
