Drawer butcher block.
Base in solid French walnut with 3 drawers, including 2 cutlery drawers and one tall double drawer for storing your pots and pans. Designed to extend a worktop or stand at the center of your kitchen, this piece meets all your cutting needs, with an end-grain hornbeam section for chopping and a slate section for pastry and chocolate work. With the slate slab, you can place hot dishes, roll pastry or temper chocolate; the naturally “cool” stone prevents tart dough and chocolate from sticking as they might on wood.

Maintain your block
Designed for daily use, our blocks gain in beauty and durability over time with good maintenance.
First use of your block:
Oil all surfaces with 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil to preserve their quality.
After each use:
Scrape off excess moisture with a knife and oil monthly to prolong their longevity. Never clean your log with water. All Chabret wooden end blocks are guaranteed for 6 months against any manufacturing defects, provided that all the conditions listed above have been met. Only, a possible manufacturing defect will be taken into account.
