Reversible butcher block for kitchens, restaurants and butcher’s shops, suitable for all types of cutting (meat, cold cuts, fruit, vegetables, etc.).
This reversible model provides better stability for the end-grain wood; when one side becomes too hollowed, you can flip the block over to obtain a new flat surface and thus double its service life.
End-grain hornbeam butcher block, 100% French, highly resistant for cutting. Two 28 mm thick beech bands, glued together, provide greater strength for your block and help prevent splintering.
Reinforced with Ø10 mm threaded rods at both ends for blocks over 1000 mm long and 150 mm thick. Stainless steel or brass brackets available on request.
Possible block length: from 400 mm to 2500 mm. Possible block width: from 400 mm to 1000 mm.

Entretenir votre billot
Conçus pour un usage quotidien, nos billots gagnent en beauté et durabilité avec le temps avec un bon entretien.
Première utilisation de votre billot :
Huilez toutes les surfaces avec 1 à 2 cuillères d’huile pour préserver leur qualité.
Après chaque usage :
Raclez l’excès d’humidité avec un couteau et huilez mensuellement pour prolonger leur longévité. Ne nettoyez jamais votre billot à l’eau. Tous les billots Chabret en bois de bout sont garantis 6 mois contre tous vices de fabrication, dans la mesure où toutes les conditions énumérées ci-dessus ont été respectées. Seul, un éventuel défaut de fabrication sera pris en compte.
