This board is made from end‑grain hornbeam.

The perfect reversible board for all your chopping: one side for vegetables and raw meat, easy to clean and scrape, and one side with a juice groove for cooked meat.

Maintain your block

Designed for daily use, our blocks gain in beauty and durability over time with good maintenance.

First use of your block:

Oil all surfaces with 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil to preserve their quality.

After each use:

Scrape off excess moisture with a knife and oil monthly to prolong their longevity. Never clean your log with water. All Chabret wooden end blocks are guaranteed for 6 months against any manufacturing defects, provided that all the conditions listed above have been met. Only, a possible manufacturing defect will be taken into account.
